Processing
Raw material collected from finishing harbors are brought in insulated vehicles to the raw material receiving section of the factory. Bacteriological and organoleptic inspection is carried out by the quality control section to ensure the acceptability of the material for production.

After the raw material is approved for production, they are washed and brought to the pre-processing unit. The material is pre-processed as per the requirement, graded, weighed, washed and brought to the processing section where they are checked thoroughly, weighed, glazed, filled in poly bags and made ready for freezing at -40 C. After freezing, the product is packed and labeled accordingly and kept in the cold store at -20 C. Daily organoleptic & bacteriological inspection is carried out on the finished products. After ensuring the products meets all parameters of export worthy products, they are shipped in refrigerated containers pre-cooled at -18 C.

We have a separate quality control department and strict quality inspections are taken by the experts right from the first stage of raw material collection to the final stage of packaging and shipment.

We also ensure hygienic packaging of our products and every consignment is thoroughly inspected and certified by quality control department before packaging to ensure quality as per national and international standards. We also have the facilities such as plate freezing, blast freezing and IQF freezing. From processing to packaging, all processes are carried under hygiene and sanitary conditions. We employ innovative quality control methods to keep our products fresh and healthy. We strictly follow HACCP program.
